Rancho San Miguel is located 45 miles South of Ensenada on a nice rolling hill, all lots have a great view looking West to the Pacific Ocean of undeveloped coast line.  Elevation is 300 ft and set back about 1/2 mile from  the ocean.  There is a small beach access nearby with the famous surf beach of Pt. San Jose 2 miles away.  Mosty rocky coast line is good for diving and fishing.  Air is clean and cool with good sea breeze blowing all the time.

Trailer park space may be rented by the year at $1,000 a year.

 

Home Stead

Two 1/2 acre lots with ocean view are now available for homestead. The title to these properties will be granted to the persons that occupy the land for ten years and make improvements. Homesteaders must maintain a permanent residence and occupy the land for a minimum of 25 days of each month, twelve months a year. All aplicants will be considered.
